Near perfect condition as advertised, very happy with the purchase!

The phone was fairly priced and I received the phone a day early. It was in great condition, just one little nick on the side. Which was fine because i knew the phone was not brand new. I chose this seller because they provide a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee. This is only day one with the phone and I don't see any need to return it at this time. I had an Amazon fire phone and the Samsung Galaxy s4 is a million times better!!

Everything went smoothly! The phone is in excellent condition.

Device works well and was packaged safely. It came with an Apple USB charger and a micro USB chord (like it should with a Samsung) so it works fine but wasn't the phone's original charger.

Not a scratch on the device, as stated. Works great on T-Mobile. Surprised to even find an older phone in such great condition. CrocoCell went out of their way to respond to my network concerns (even offering free return/exchange if it doesn't). They also added signature required at no extra charge and provided me with a tracking number less than 30 minutes after purchase.

CROCOCELL has great customer service! The phone I received had not been factory reset. The managing partner Chris Choulet jumped right into action. Because the phone was in mint condition I asked to hold onto the phone and try to get it fixed. Chris sent me $20 for the trouble. He also sent me a pre-paid UPS label. I was not able to fix the issue. I returned the phone using the pre-paid label. CROCOCELL issued me a full refund the next day.
