Seller misrepresented a one year warranty by asurion - in fact it was not warranteed to the buyer. Communication was fair to good. Seller sent 2 chargers that did not work with M8. Seller sent $25 e check for buyer to buy new charger. Start to finish 5 weeks. Seller made effort to ship promptly and rectify mistakes.
