After sale, the package wasn't shipped for over a week, and no communication from the seller occurred until I inquired. After I did so, seller apologized and promptly shipped the package. Package was received pretty quickly from that point, and product arrived undamaged. Product was in the condition stated by the seller and powered up once started.

Watch came locked but seller fixed issue promptly, charger acted very strange until it watch updated.
