This seller sent me a device that was DOA, I returned it because I could not get it to start up and therefore test it. Instead of just giving me a refund and moving on, he had to try and demand a "restock fee" and his shipping cost. avoid this seller unless you want to deal with a bunch of hassle. He doesn't even believe he has to receive a device back that doesn't work. He will just demand over and over again that the item was "as described" even if it's DOA. there are too many other sellers out there I would avoid this guy.
