Phone arrived one day later than expected but arrived safely. Phone didn't seem to be completely factory reset as there was a pass code screen upon boot but the seller apologized and provided a code within a day. Phone is working perfectly once completely restored to defaults and was in the condition described on the item page.

Jacob shipped the item promptly, and put a great amount of care into packaging everything. Though the item was of course used and had a slight amount of wear (as expected), this was as close an experience to receiving a brand new item as could've been possible. Would definitely buy from Jacob again in the future!
