Shipping: Label was reported by USPS as printed by the end of the second day but USPS reported that is was not delivered to them for shipment until sometime on the third day.
Charger and cord: I was surprised that there was none in the package received. Upon more careful review of the online description, I now discovered that this seller does not include these items.
Bottom line: Product matches description and time to ship the product out was a little slow.

Happy with condition of phone as described, took longer to get out to shipping than the Swappa policy allows fo, ordered on Monday, received on Saturday.

Not good. Misleading information on item, hagglefest etc..

Item was not entirely as described, but seller helped to resolve problem.

Phone was send in very poor packaging, not much protection.
Phone was stated as mint condition, but there was paint coming off (small issues), and the sim tray was scrachted and not even had the same color as the phone(?!?). Phone IMEI and housing imei was different (not mentioned in description).
Seller refunded after the phone was sent back.
