Great seller! Priced fairly, shipped quickly, used very sturdy packaging, and device was in condition described. Highly recommended.

After I placed the order, it took the full 2 days before it was finally marked as shipped. After that, the tracking number showed that the status is unavailable (and still does). Because of this, I was worried it was going to take a while. I don't know if this was on the seller's end, swappa's end, or the usps's end, but it caused me a bit of anxiety. However, it arrived much sooner than I had thought, and the phone appears to be in great condition. It even arrived with a usb-micro usb charger for the phone (I don't need one, but maybe I will at some point haha). Ultimately, I'd much rather be in the dark on when it is going to arrive and then get it early than have it on time at a latter date, so I don't mind too much.

tl;dr Arrived quickly in great condition with a bonus charger, however I wish the actual ship time and label was communicated better.
