The phone itself was as described. However it is locked to Total Wireless for 2 months, not Verizon as the ad stated. I was open to a partial refund for the hassle of having to activate with Total Wireless first, and seller was quick to respond and complete the refund. Unfortunately I also wasted many hours trying to figure out what the problem was and how to correct.
