Transaction never completed due to seller's unforeseen circumstances where the sale was voided several days after payment was received. An explanation and a refund was promptly issued. Would buy from this seller again.

Absolute nightmare of a transaction. Phone was listed as a flawless screen, had several obvious scratches and swirl marks when received. Seller left it loose inside an envelope then acted as though I was trying to return a different phone. I paid to send damaged phone back to seller. Mailing address was listed as abandoned by usps initially. Phone was finally delivered and seller escalated claim with Paypal to lock me out from getting my refund, took several days to get my money back after providing supporting documentation to Paypal. I bought 2 other phones from other sellers with no problems.
