The seller did not communicate or provide a tracking number. I opened a PayPal dispute and received no response. I received the package unexpectedly in my mailbox over a week later so I canceled the dispute. Between swappa and PayPal I wasted a lot of time. If the mailbox or delivery location was in a bad location the package could have been stolen. Unsatisfactory.

Images alone do not always provide an accurate enough description of a devices state. The single image that show the screen issues is not good enough to be properly seen from some mobile devices and are also obscured by the fact that the only image with the screen on is the boot splash screen which is pretty much all white and no additional color.

The phone's vibration feature did not work upon arrival. Reached out to seller and seller stated to return it to him. Returned through PayPal and never heard back. I had to file a dispute and wait a month and a half for PayPal to close the dispute in my favor. During this whole process, I never once heard from this seller.
