Fast shipping and excellent device!

Phone came just as described. I was satisfied with the device itself, however I could not get it to recognize my T-Mobile SIM so I had to return it. The return went smooth - I shipped the device and a refund was processed as promised.

I have received the phone. The phone does not take a complete charge. It is not really usable. I would like to return it for a refund of my money.
