Phone was not as described. The listing said mint but it came with minor scratches to the glass, which the seller tried to say was on the screen protector that wasn't actually there. Seller was not responding to any comments and I had to escalate it to a claim in PayPal to get any sort of response. Seller gave a partial refund but it was a long, drawn out process.

The device was as shown in the pictures. The accessories hadn't been touched, except the wrapper was taken off the charging brick. This device was not as described in terms of condition as it was listed as New Resale, and the device was activated almost 2 weeks before I received it. It had been completely set up and restored back to factory but had registered with Apples warranty. That is why I have to give this a 3 star, because this device was a Mint condition used with a case, not new resale.
