4/28/16 Update: This seller sold a phone that was not fully paid off and is unresponsive in resolving the issue of my now unusable iPhone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
5/4/16 update: seller responded and turned out that she bought the device and never activated it, so she was unaware that it was blacklisted. Ultimately, this was not her fault. I appreciate her effort to work to refund me.
