The phone screen occasionally flickers on the right half of the screen. Restarting the phone solves the issue but i am concerned about this issue. i hope it does not turn into a major problem

P.S. headphone jacks seems jacked up, regular non brand headphones don't work with it :/

Device was linked to another person's account. Swappa doesn't check for that, so I'm keeping a phone I can't use. overall disappointed the seller didn't specify in listing that the device was linked to someone else's account.

On the description it said 128gb but it was 60 gb. Kind of disappointed but the phone still looked nice.

The cord that came with the device does not work and when I got the phone charged I had to take to an Apple repair as their was small circular lights coming through the screen. They stated typically that is related to water damage, they opened it up to verify and stated that it was not water damage but pressure marks, hopefully cosmetic. In the description this was not disclosed, and I would have appreciated that! Other than that the phone seems to be fine.

Phone was as promised (no SIM card installed but Sprint was happy to provide one). Also seller shipped pretty quickly but used an old package (that was previously sent TO the seller) and the post office almost sent the package back to him because of the poor packaging/visible labels and I had to go to the post office to pick it up!

Need to update my review. I was sold a replacement phone that should not even be on the market. I needed to take it to Apple for a repair (it wasn't charging), and Apple informed me that the phone I was sold was replaced by the previous owner and was supposed to be surrendered at that time. They will not and do not recognize my phone, and therefore cannot fix it. Apple told me that I need to get a refund and surrender the phone to them. However, after multiple attempts to communicate with the seller, I still have a broken phone and no refund. Super shady, and I am NOT impressed.

Phone was sent as described. It even came with the glass screen protector--bonus! 4 stars because it did take a few days to ship after the purchase, and it came with two videos from the previous buyer.
