Only thing missing was a small key for the GSM simcard. It's fairly easy to access with something like a pushpin, which is great, but would have liked to receive the original key. That being said, I'm not going to subtract a point for missing out on what was ultimately a minor item that I might use 2-3 times over the life of the phone.

Otherwise great experience. Huawei phones are difficult to find in the US so getting my hands on this was awesome. Would recommend this seller as well, phone shipped the next day. Would not recommend trying to receive packages in a major city, especially when your landlord doesn't have a buzzer on the exterior of the building, so you have to walk 20 minutes to the post office. That was less fun.

The phone arrived quickly and was in Mint condition as advertised. I had received the wrong charger in the mail, and when I contacted the seller they quickly sent me the correct charger. It looked like a Samsung charger, but after closer inspection, I determined that it was a knock-off. I will not be using it as it may damage the phone's charging port since it is so difficult to unplug, and it also does not work for data-transfer.
I contacted Samsung to make sure the warranty on the phone was still valid as the seller had advertised. They told me it was not, and after contacting the seller, I received the proof of purchase needed to show Samsung that the warranty was still valid.
The seller responded to all of my concerns immediately, and I would definitely recommend. Just be weary of the charger you receive with your phone, as any damage that knock-off chargers do to your phone's charging port or battery is not covered under manufacturers warranty.

Let me just say I am more than happy with my purchase. The phone is as exactly as described (I even checked the warranty and it's active!) the only issue I have had is the charger :-/ won't work but that's really not a big deal. Phone arrived quickly. Phone was described as having only scratches on the back panel and no other cosmetic issues, however when I received it I discovered several deep gouges were present around the edges of the device and near the SIM card slot which were not shown in pictures or indicated in the description. Phone is otherwise as described, and those gouges are covered by my case, so I've chosen to keep it. However, I'm knocking off two stars for the damage that wasn't mentioned in the description.

-1 star for the China charger. Anyone that sells phones should be aware by now of the potential damage these cheap chargers can cause to a device. Its not that much more to provide a proper OEM or MFI Certified charger. As a Swappa buyer, these are the little things I expect, and as a Swappa seller, these are the little things that will make you, or break you.
