Great seller! Made my first Swappa experience great! They even thanked me on the receipt. The phone's screen and back were indeed in pristine condition, as stated. Unfortunately, there is some caked-in dust/dirt between the bezel and screen and also in the top speaker. Taking off one star for that and also the fact that this shipped with a FAKE charger. It had the Samsung logo on it, but the back was clearly fake. Also the cord was obviously not Samsung. I've been charging the phone off of my Switch dock because I don't trust fake Chinese chargers.

Editing my feedback as upon further inspection there are multiple hairline scratches/cracks along the right side of the screen. The seller stated the phone in 'GOOD' condition, which according to Swappa's standards that means there is minor cosmetic damage; this is a bit more than minor cosmetic damage. Please advise with how I can get warranty service on this. Thank you.

Delivered in a short period of time. Despite being ordered on a public holiday. After a a thorough inspection it was found the device has a large scratch or blemish on the upper right of the screen. Despite the title saying excellent condition which was why I purchased this particular mobile device. Unfortunately i was a little bit dissapointed to say the least.
