Seller misrepresented phone as Mint and described as ""Phone is in fresh-out of box condition. The phone was kept in a case for the last 3 years. There are no scratches on the screen" Phone had significant and intrusive scratching of the screen, as well as obvious wear or material transfer from the case. Seller became non-communicative on being informed of the as-received condition of the phone. Seller did not respond to Swappa requests to provide return-shipping information. Only once a PayPal dispute and claim was filed did she provide return-shipping information.
