Mr. C

The laptop I bought was not working when it arrived. The box was damaged so the laptop may have been damaged in shipping. After some discussion, Mr. C agreed to take it back for a refund. Apparently, it was once again mishandled. I was told the box arrived damaged and empty. I had insured the package, so in the end it was the post office that refunded the purchase price.

Seller was prompt and item was in the condition as it was advertised. 5 out of 5.
