There was a problem with the original phone sold to me. The seller took the returned phone and sent a replacement in short order, and I am happy with the phone we now have.

Great price, very fast shipping. Although I'm overall satisfied by this transaction I would like to mention there were some "defects" to the phone. There is a noticeable scratch on the bezel at the top as well as some cracks in the back cover by the micro USB connector. I would say this is closer to "near mint" then "mint".

Very professional individual. We bought this phone for our teenage daughter for Christmas, and when she first opened it she discovered it had a small flaw/line in the display. It wasn't obvious on the home screens, just on screens with white backgrounds. Without hesitation the seller agreed to repair the phone, which he did. I was a little nervous sending it back to him but absolutely no issues with the process, he repaired it fast and shipped it right back. The phone is perfect now, my daughter is happy, and I am happy. I would gladly do business with this seller again and will look for his listings when I need another device in the future.
