Phone was in great condition. The only con was UPS Ground Saver was used for shipping. The shipment took longer than I anticipated. UPS Ground Saver is an economy ground service designed for low-value, non-urgent shipments being sent within the lower 48 U.S. states. In this case, I consider the phone I purchased high-value and I also needed it urgently due to it being a replacement for a phone that was barely getting me by.
