the device I bought from the seller did not conform the specifications. It said it was an ATT phone but it was not. It was a phone for a SOuth American Carrier CLARO and therefore the phone could not be unlock by ATT. Bad purchase and I regret this purchase. I tried to get a response from the seller but he was only going on circles, very bad item and service
