Shipping was slow, purchased on Friday, shipping label created Monday night, wasn't actually shipped until end of business day Wednesday (Swappa rules say it should have shipped no later than end of business day Tuesday), received Saturday.

No communication from the seller. A quick "Thanks for buying, I'll ship as soon as I can" would have gone a long way instead of 5 days of uncertainty.

Arrived undamaged even though the extent of packing material was a bubble envelope shoved inside another bubble envelope.

Box contained phone (fully charged), usb-c, and stock charger, while the documentation and Sim tool were missing.

Phone was covered in fingerprints front and back, which isn't a big deal but encapsulates what you are getting with this seller, a bare minimum of effort and no attention to detail.

Excellent seller, fast shipping, great communicator. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Wasn't shipped until a day after being reported as shipped. Box was clearly opened prior and plastic had been removed from phone. Imei was still clean and phone was never registered with Motorola, so still appeared as new.
