I’m giving this transaction a thumbs up because I received the laptop and it works and looks great. However, the packaging the laptop was sent in was absolutely dismal (basically no packaging at all). I’m surprised the laptop even made it to my house relatively unscathed (there’s the smallest crack in the top left corner of the back glass of the screen that I’m guessing happened during shipping). I’m going to look past this because it’s not too noticeable and the laptop functions great. Please improve your packaging in your future transactions. I’m otherwise very happy with my purchase. Thanks!
