Phone wasn't shipped as described (was not unlocked) but the seller made effort to go through the trouble fixing the issue. He was very accommodating and also offered a refund, but since eventually the phone was unlocked, no need for a refund was needed. Even despite the small issue with the phone status, I'd still rate the seller 5 stars as he made sure the device was updated to the status advertised.
