Fast shipping great communication but shipping needs to be packed and wrapped a little better. Thank you!

Phone and accessories arrived as described. Shipped same day. Packaging wasn't great, the top of the phone box (not shipping box) was removed.

Biggest issue was the phone had a lock on it from the previous user so I had to wait for the seller to tell me the code

Everything was received in a timely matter and everything seems to work great. The only thing I was concerned about was the matter in which it was shipped. I wished the seller provided more cushioning/bubble wrap. It was shipped in just the regular playstation box all taped up. With how the post office handles shipping, I'm glad nothing broke.

Seller needs to pay attention to what he is selling. Also, he took a very long time to actually send it out after I bought it.

Phone was received in the condition pictured, however the photos show the lightning cable and USB power adapter. No adapter was in the envelope I received.
Packaging was a pair of nested bubble wrap envelopes.
