The seller was very responsive to comments. I've never had a OnePlus phone, so it will be nice to see it's quality.

"I was a little apprehensive about the obvious hole the photos showed in the back of the box, but upon receiving the package and opening it I found that that spot inside the box is a big hollow spot, and there was no damage.

The box was indeed factory sealed, and the phone inside in perfect condition.

Plugging it in it showed 60% initially, and charging progressed as expected.
