While it seems everyone else had positive experiences with the seller, mine wasn't so nice unfortunately. Communication was good on the day I paid for the phone – they said they are shipping it the same day. However, I don't hear from them for several days after, and when I ask them for tracking details I got no message back. Instead they suddenly refunded me for the phone on PayPal. I further ask them to clarify what happened and again I get no response until I got the Swappa staff involved. At that point, the seller answered and said they refunded me because I asked for a return, which I never did (and I didn’t even receive the phone to begin with, as they never shipped it). So the bright side is I got the money back promptly, but the seller for whatever reason didn’t even bother to ship the phone and I wasted several days waiting for it because of their lack of seriousness. So tread with caution.
