The purchase was received as advertised with a few minor issues. These issues was resolved in the end with flying colors!
There were no problems on activation on Sprint. Upon inspecting the contents of the package, I noticed the A/C Charger and a Micro USB 3.0 Cable was missing in the box. Instead of sending the old ones, the seller ordered a new set including a Car Adapter (not listed) from Amazon delivered right to my door! Now that is first-class service.

Good communication, quick shipping, however the packaging was lacking it still arrived safely.

Seller provided the documentation as "original owner" that I requested. Seller also provided her "pay-off" receipts for the phone that allowed for a clean IMEI account. Phone was packaged as described and in good working order. The only minor thing I missed was a tracking number for the USPS package but I did receive an email when the parcel was mailed. The PayPal transaction went smoothly too.
