I would mark this as a 4/5 experience. The phone works, however it was advertised as "mint" condition. The phone had light scratches around the outside and moderate scratches around the camera. Good, but not mint per the Swappa guidelines. I was also a bit disappointed with the shipping packaging. It was packed in the original box, but without the form fitting insert, so the phone was rattling loose in the box, and the box itself was fitted tightly into a cardboard sleeve with no additional padding. I'm happy with the device, but had the condition been listed as good, I would have more readily considered other listings. And knowing how this device was shipped, I would not buy from this seller again.
