Received item next day, and was in great condition like described!

Took phone to T mobile to activate iem shows unlock but can not activate because shows locked with sim card they could not connect it . SInce it was a T mobile phone ( was sold as mint and new) T Mobile is going to exchange it for another phone as I have been a long term customer. They are going to charge me a $22 additional warranty service charge for doing so.
Never had a problem before with a Swappa phone but luckily T Mobile said they will cover it under warranty. This is first time I ever encounter any problem on Swappa .
