Seller replied promptly and was very responsive to my questions but after making a payment via paypal he backed out of the sale and I am currently waiting a potential 10-30 days for a refund to my card. The reason I wanted to purchase a used phone was because of a tight budget, but now I am restricted to an even smaller budget until that refund clears. I didn't give one star because this did not happen over the course of many days, just overnight.
