I should have listened to the other reviewer. My laptop arrived with a very dirty keyboard and charger, and the charger hardly fits into the port because it’s packed with so much dirt and grime.

The device was sold as advertised, however, that's about the only positive I could give. The Phone arrived extremely dirty with a charge port full of lint and dirt, as well as disgusting speaker grills. We were not able to verify the working state of the device until we were able to take care of the issue.
