In perfect condition, I love it! Exactly what I wanted-that is what I thought when I hit the phone and turned it on. I could not get the phone to make a call log or save any contacts. I started contacting Playstore for help 4 days after I got the phone. By day 12 it was dead. Asked the seller for a copy of the receipt, after working with OnePlus they needed it to repair it. It was unfixable unless I sent it in. Turns out it was not purchased new from a store but from some guy. Who knows what was done with it before the seller got it. Now I am stuck with a phone that won't even turn on or charge.
