The phone was in perfect condition, seems to function properly. The phone was not unlocked, Verizon recently started back locking there 4g phones to cut down thefts. This wasn’t a big problem since I’m with straight talks I I just popped in a ST VERIZON sim and boom. Thanks Rick!
