Seller communicated with me relatively quickly and shipped phone via USPS 2 Day Priority mail. It took 3 days through no fault of seller. Received phone, good condition as described, charger cable appears to be original, but not the original charger that plugs into outlet...it's an LG.Overall, I'm satisfied...I'd use Swappa again and recommend to others.
