The screen has issues with colored spots appearing when pressing on the screen, also it has motherboard issues causing the phone to freeze up randomly and become unresponsive

Phone was described as good condition and had a brand new screen that the seller told me was an oled screen. Upon receiving the phone the screen was not an oled screen and also was glitchy when touched at all and colored spots would show up with pressure on the screen. That being said the seller was mostly quick to refund the sale which I do appreciate.
