Perfect!

Had problems with the phone's IMEI number and couldn't get it activated on Sprint. I've been told that should have been checked out by Swappa and should have never been and issue. Reporting it to them basically got a canned response telling me to work it out with the seller. He was very good about communicating and took the phone back and issued a full refund. Of course that left me with the cost of return postage and no phone. But I feel lucky he lived up to his word and gave the full refund. I'm sorry he and I both had to experience all this trouble that might have been avoided if Swappa had done their job either in checking out the IMEI number more throughly or making it very plain to new users such as myself that one should check out the IMEI number with their carrier BEFORE purchasing the phone.
