Macbook came boxed well and is in excellent condition. I did pay extra for fast shipping and did not get it. The box was shipped about on the day it was supposed to arrive so it got here late. A minor thing, more important was the quality of the machine. I'd rate this exchange a 4.5 out of five, only because of the shipping.

All went well except that I need the phone to be removed from the sellers icloud so that I can use some of its features.
