The Samsung Note 4 purchased from this seller works fine having been my daily driver for awhile, but disappointed that the seller didn't disclose that the phone had been dropped as there are scuff marks by the stylus corner, on the stylus itself and the glass is chipped in that same corner as well...and the two rubber cases sold with the phone have a horrid smell to them...having known these issues, I would not have bought the phone...buyer beware
