Over all, amazing communication, and a real feeling of understanding on the other side of the line. Promptness of shipping left what to be desired. Shipping occurred almost 48 hours after the order was placed, and in the end FedEx was used, when USPS is waaaay faster. But that's not the sellers fault.
Product was reasonably as described, though not as "pristine" as I thought it'd be. All in all, I'm happy with the phone, and so glad this is all over!!!
