While I did receive the phone promptly, the seller did not ship the three cases that were originally mentioned in the ad. Also, the seller did not disclose that the phone had an issue receiving updates while under their ownership. They simply sold the phone on swappa assuming that the issue would be resolved by factory resetting the phone.
