Product had additional damages that were not listed - the SIM slot was broken and has a chunk missing. Ruins the waterproof rating of the phone completely. Software issues occurred immediately after restarting the phone during setup, and it is completely nonfunctional. Seller was combative during the discussion wherein I requested to return it. Device is under warrantee, seller can send it in for software repairs, but the damages that exceeded the description were not up for discussion for me. I had to escalate with PayPal.
