package damaged in transit, item missing, showed seller all the proof but he did not refund. Had to contact paypal for refund took me 3 months to get refund.
Transaction was smooth and the seller was very communicative during the whole process.
Seller contacted about the damage caused by carrier after I completed payment and offered a couple of options including full refund. I thought that was very nice and honest.
