Difficult to deal with;very slow to respond to issues that arose. Had to send numerous emails . It was like pulling teeth from a turnip. Proceeds to call me a derogatory name that rhymes with "stick" for requesting refund. Also chose to ignore my explanations and evidence regarding the refund to continually imply that I was stealing from him.
