The machine matches the seller's description accurately. It has been barely used with only 16 cycles of battery health and is at 100 percent. The memory capacity is 18 GB and offers a spacious 1 TB storage. There are no signs of damage at all.

Cancelled my MacBook purchase due to "can't reinstall operating system" even tho that step isn't necessary to reset/erase the computer, especially since the MacBook is well within warranty period and Apple can easily fix the issue for free. No further communication when I asked about further details. It's likely the seller didn't like to low sale price.

Minor complaint: The Sonos box was fairly beat up once it arrived to me which made me nervous that there would be damage to the sub itself. Thankfully, that wasn't the case; next time, I'd suggest maybe shipping the box within a container with packaging.
