Device came in as described. Packaging could’ve been better. There was no bubble wrap or cushioning in the box. The Mac mini was kind of tossed around inside of its own box, but nothing was damaged. Probably should’ve been either taped shut or bubble wrapped put in the shipping box to make sure the Mac mini box stayed sealed shut. Time will tell if it is damaged. Do better with packaging in the future,
