The item was as described when sold. Still perfectly functioning 9 months into use. Seller also went above and beyond in rectifying an error that T-Mobile had made (and because of their policy, will probably continue to make for no logical reason than to make it difficult for customers). Seller was also able to unblock the phone when T-Mobile mistakenly banned it.
