Product received exactly as described. Quick shipment and good communication from seller.

Issue with seller saying PayPal transaction was pending which caused delay on receiving item.

Well I have to say this was a mixed purchasing experience. I bought the phone on the 21st and did not receive any notice from the buyer until the 26th who complained that he was working too much to ship the phone (like anyone else buying and selling used phones on Swappa doesn't work?). He apparently responded via email earlier, but hit reply to the standard Swappa email address so I received nothing until Swappa and I pinged him about responding. The phone itself worked fine and the screen was in good shape, but it was hardly in immaculate condition as described by the seller. The bezel had chips on the corners and even the back casing was cracked on one corner, but I put a rubber case around it to protect it from further damage. It's not a big deal but when somebody describes something as immaculate you expect more than average. The seller also forgot to ship the car charger but he followed up on this by shipping me a new one.
