The seller really disappointed me , they weren't honest from the beginning ....they had the phone as new and when I purchased it said mint on the sale page , and then it said unlocked and it wasn't, it was a spectrum phone not unlocked for all carriers like a truly u locked phone , that's why the seller opened the box in the first place to unlock phone , as everything else the phone was in impeccable condition and had all accessories and looked brand new , just disappointed about the other details.

Smooth process. The phone arrived in the advertised condition.
