Phone was in great condition and packaged well for shipment, but ended up being under contract which wasn't as described. Seller allowed me to return the device, but never issued a refund proactively or responded to me via Swappa or Paypal after the return. I eventually received the refund a few weeks later but only through escalating a claim with Paypal and having them rule in my favor.
